After the sudden death of her husband, Solimar returns to her hometown to rebuild her life and resume her career as a journalist. A friend of hers invites her to a supposed motivational group where she will meet René, the leader, whom she falls in love with, unaware that it is actually a cult. Solimar discovers that René takes advantage of the members to extract money from them and turn them into instruments of his dirty interests.
